At Total City Church, baptism follows faith, not perfection, preparation, or performance. If you’ve decided to follow Jesus, the Bible says you’re ready to be baptized.

What Is Baptism?

Baptism is an important step of obedience that shows others we have personally put our trust in Jesus as our Savior. Jesus was baptized when He was on the earth, and we do this to follow His example (Matthew 3:13–17). When Christians are baptized, they are submerged under water to identify with the death and burial of Jesus and raised out of the water to identify with His resurrection.

There’s no pressure to make a decision. We simply want you to know who we are, where we’re going, and what you can expect from us so you can decide if Total City is the church you want to call home.

Our Mission & Vision — Where we’re going and why it matters.
Our Values — The culture we’re committed to creating.
Our Beliefs — What we believe about Jesus, Scripture, the Holy Spirit, and more.
Our Church — The kind of church we’re committed to being.
Our Commitment — What you can expect from your pastors.
Our Partnership — What it means to move from attending Total City to calling it home.

What Happens Next?

At the end of Step One, you’ll have the opportunity to become a Total City Partner.

Partnership is simply us choosing one another.

We’re saying: “We will be your pastors.”

You’re saying: “These are my pastors. These are my people. This is my church.”

There’s no pressure to become a Partner that day. We want Partnership to be an informed, wholehearted decision. Ask questions. Take your time. Pray about it. And when you’re ready, you can choose to call Total City home.

From Belonging to Creating Change

Becoming a Partner isn’t the end of Fast Track. It’s the beginning of discovering how you can be part of what God is building here.

Once you become a Partner, we’ll give you next steps to discover your purpose, understand your unique personality and spiritual gifts, and find the right place to use those gifts through the Dream Team.

Because we believe the full life isn’t only about what God wants to do in you. It’s about what God wants to do through you.
